Brand Matters was awarded a strategic integrated branding project with this leading real estate organization through a competitive RFP process. This yearlong project included several key aspects of brand strategy development, employee engagement, multi-stakeholder market research and marketing & communications planning.

Brand Matters Recommendation

Comprehensive preliminary market research, involving both key internal stakeholders and integral customer groups, led to a thorough analysis of OREA's brand in terms of perception, position and awareness. In collaboration with the client team, Brand Matters developed a detailed brand strategy that involved repositioning the OREA brand to strengthen its value and relevance, both internally and externally. Brand Matters initiated Brand Workshops for OREA employees and management to further align them to the newly defined brand, as well as to educate them on how to bring this new brand promise to life. Concurrent with internal alignment, Brand Matters developed an integrated brand marketing and communications plan for the client to execute as an important step in the fulfillment of the strategic branding project.
